Bhubaneswar: Hemant Kumar Sharma, Principal Secretary Skill Development, Technical Education and Industries has pinned high hopes on the students passing out from World Skill Center (WSC) and said they will be able to place them in Global Institutions.
Mr.Sharma was addressing the First Convocation Ceremony of the WSC here on 24 November.
Ace Mandarin handling Skill Development Sector in the state said “This is age of Industry and skill development boosts the employability of the young graduates”.
Mr.Sharma said the education imparted by WSC will improve their skill and they will get opportunities in Global Institutions.
Known as a highly positive administrator, Mr.Sharma lauded the passing out students of WSC and said lot of opportunities waiting for them in International Forums.
Masood Hussainy, Head of Tata Aerospace & Defence graced the occasion and appreciated the efforts of WSC in providing world Class Technical Education to the students.
Mr.Hussainy said that the students who have attained ITI and Diploma from WSC will be able to establish themselves in global arena.
WSC Chief Executive Alka Mishra, Principal S Gopal, OSDA Chief Executive G Reghu, Additional Secretary SDTE, Pinaki Patnaik graced the occasion.
