ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର : ରେଳ ଟ୍ରାକ ନିକଟରେ ସେଲ୍ଫି ନେଇ ବିପଦ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରୁଥିବା ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଭାରତୀୟ ରେଳବାଇ କଠୋର ନିୟମ ଲାଗୁ କରିଛି ରେଳବାଇ ଆଇନର ଧାରା ୧୪୭ ଏବଂ ୧୫୩ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ଚଳନ୍ତା ଟ୍ରେନ୍ ନିକଟରେ କିମ୍ବା ରେଳ ଟ୍ରାକରେ ସେଲ୍ଫି ନେଉଥିବା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କୁ ଭାରୀ ଜରିମାନା, ଆଇନଗତ ପରିଣାମ କିମ୍ବା ଜେଲ୍ ମଧ୍ୟ ହୋଇପାରେ ।

କିଶୋର ଏବଂ କଲେଜ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ରେଳ ଟ୍ରାକ ନିକଟରେ ଏବଂ ରେଳ ପରିସରର ସମ୍ବେଦନଶୀଳ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ସେଲଫି ନେବାର ବିପଦପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଅଭ୍ୟାସ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧରେ ସଚେତନତା କରାଇବା ପାଇଁ ପାଇଁ ପୂର୍ବତଟ ରେଳପଥ ଏକ ଅଭିଯାନ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛି ।ରେଳ ଟ୍ରାକ ନିକଟରେ ଛୋଟ ଭିଡିଓ ଉତ୍ତୋଳନ କରିବା ଏବଂ ସେଲଫି ନେବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରୟାସ କରିବା ସମୟରେ ଯୁବବର୍ଗମାନେ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା ଯୋଗୁଁ ଦୁଃଖଦ ଭାବରେ ପ୍ରାଣ ହରାଇବା ଘଟଣା ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଥିବାରୁ ଏହି ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନିଆଯାଇଛି ।
ରେଳ ଷ୍ଟେସନ ପରିସରରେ କିମ୍ବା ଟ୍ରାକ ନିକଟରେ ସେଲଫି ନେଇ ସୋସିଆଲ ମିଡିଆରେ ପୋଷ୍ଟ କରିବା ଏକ ମଜାଦାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକଳାପ ପରି ମନେହୁଏ, କିନ୍ତୁ ଏହା ଏକ ଘାତକ ବିପଦ । ସାମ୍ପ୍ରତିକ ବର୍ଷଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ, ଅନେକ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା ଘଟିଛି ଯେଉଁଠାରେ ଛାତ୍ର କିମ୍ବା ଯୁବକ ବର୍ଗମାନେ ଅସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ସେଲ୍ଫି ନେଉଥିବା ସମୟରେ ଚଳନ୍ତା ଟ୍ରେନ୍ ଦ୍ୱାରା ତଳକୁ ଖସି ପଡ଼ି ପ୍ରାଣ ହରାଇବା ଓ ଗୁରୁତର ଆହତ ହେବା ଘଟଣା ଘଟୁଅଛି ।
ଏହି ଘଟଣାଗୁଡ଼ିକ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଅନେକ ଘଟଣା ଗୁଡିକର କାରଣ ଲୋକମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଚାରିପାଖରେ ଥିବା ବିପଦଗୁଡ଼ିକ ପ୍ରତି ଧ୍ୟାନ ଦେଉ ନାହାନ୍ତି ଯେପରିକି ଚଳନ୍ତା ଟ୍ରେନ୍, ମୁଣ୍ଡ ଉପର ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍ ଶକ୍ତି ଉପକରଣ ଏବଂ ଜନଗହଳିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଷ୍ଟେସନ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ।
