Bhubaneswar: Senior IAS Officer and Principal Secretary to Odisha Government Vishal Kumar Dev has been given the charge of Department of Energy.
Vishal Kumar Dev, a senior IAS Officer of 1996 batch, is now serving as Principal Secretary to Government, E & IT Department with additional charge of Chairman, OCAC.
He has been now allowed to remain in additional charge of Principal Secretary, Energy, according to a notification issued by the Department of General Administration.
Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue & Disaster Management, Deoranjan Kumar Singh, with additional charge of Special Relief Commissioner (SRC), and Managing Director, Odisha State Disaster Management Authority (OSDMA) is allowed to remain in additional charge of Chairman, Odisha Forest Development Corporation (OFDC).
Similarly, senior mandarin, Sanjay Kumar Singh, who is now serving as Principal Secretary Rural Development Department with additional charge of I & PR Department is allowed to remain in additional charge of Food Supplies & Consumer Welfare Department.
Bhaskar Jyoti Sarma, Principal Secretary, Spots & Youth Services Department has been given additional charge of CMD, OPTCL.
On return from Central Deputation, Girish S N has been appointed as Secretary of Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water Department.
Guha Poonam Tapas Kumar, Special Secretary, PR & DW Department with additional charge of CEO, ORMAS is appointed as Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Handloom, Textiles & Handicrafts Department. She is allowed to remain in additional charge of the Excise Department.
