Bhubaneswar: Odisha Government on Friday effected few changes in the IPS cadre, while appointing 1998 Batch IPS Suresh Singh Dev Datta Singh as IGP State Police Headquarters.
Mr.Singh, who was serving as IGP Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) Headquarters New Delhi has successfully completed his Central Deputation and recently returned to the State.
Mr.Singh has brought lot of experience in serving in the Central Police Organization (CPO), which will help the State Police Administration while utilizing his services, pointed out a senior Top Cop.
2008 Batch IPS R Prakash serving as SP Jagatsinghpur has been brought to the State Vigilance Organization.
2009 Batch IPS Akhilesvar Singh has been brought in as SP Jagatsinghpur.
2013 Batch IPS Smit P Parmar has been shifted from Mayurbhanj and posted as SP Nawarangpur.
2015 Batch IPS Rahul Jain has been appointed as SP Bargarh, who was serving as SP Nuapada.
2015 Batch IPS Pratyush Diwakar , presently serving as AIGP Headquarters has been posted as SP Nuapada.
2016 Batch IPS Khilari Rishikesh Dnyandeo, who was serving as SP Malkangiri has been posted as SP Mayurbhanj.
Mr.Dnyandeo has been rewarded for his excellent job done in Malkangiri while taking up Anti-Maoist Operations in the Cut Off Areas.
2017 Batch IPS P S Meena, presently serving as SP nawarangpur has been posted as SP Malkangiri.
