Nuapada: Shri Prem Chandra Choudhary, the Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the Department of Fisheries and Animal Resources Development and State Nodal Officer for Nuapada District, conducted a two-day tour of Nuapada district.
During this visit, he presided over a high-level review meeting with district-level officers at the local Sadbhavana Bhawan auditorium.
The primary focus of the meeting was to evaluate the progress of the district’s overall development, administrative initiatives, and innovative measures. A central point of discussion was the review of the 25 identified dream projects under the ‘Mission Nuapada–From Dream to Reality’ initiative.
During the visit, Shri Choudhary emphasized that these 25 Dream Projects, designed for the long-term transformation of Nuapada, are set to define a new path for the district’s progress. He reiterated the commitment of the state government, assuring full cooperation and the necessary support required to realize these developmental goals.
District Magistrate Shri Madhusudan Das briefed the Nodal Officer on various innovative steps implemented by the administration. Additionally, the District Magistrate provided updates on the district’s single-use plastic-free campaign and the ongoing enforcement actions targeting banned plastic items across Nuapada.
