Mangalagiri: One of the finest Health Care Administrator, Prof. Dr Madhabananda Kar, has taken over the charge of Director of the AIIMS, Mangalagiri recently.
Dr. Kar has a wide experience as a Surgical Oncologist associated to All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhubaneswar.
He has visited and worked with various major cancer centers abroad, M.D Anderson Cancer Center (USA), Memorial Sloan Kattering Cancer Center (USA), Royal Marsden (London) and more.
The senior doctor from Odisha did his MBBS from SCB Medical College and Hospital, Cuttack in 1992 and MS from SMS Medical College, Jaipur, Rajasthan University in 1997.
He did his S R-Surgical Oncology at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi in 2002 and S.R.A-Surgical Oncology from the same institute in 2005.
