Sambalpur: Veteran BJP leader and Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Thursday filed his nomination papers for Sambalpur Lok Sabha constituency.
Shri Pradhan first visited Maa Samaleswari Temple and sought her blessings by performing a puja.
Later, Shri Pradhan along with BJP Sambalpur MLA Candidate Jaynarayan Mishra and BJP Rengali MLA Candidate Nauri Nayak took out a mega roadshow drawing crowds lining the streets of Sambalpur and moved towards the Collector’s office here.
Speaking to reporters, the Union Minister was confident that BJP will win all Lok Sabha seats in Odisha.
“The blessings of Maa Samaleswari are with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and we are confident that BJP will win all 21 Lok Sabha seats in the State in this election,” he said.
Shri Pradhan is contesting for the Sambalpur MP seat against BJD’s Pranab Prakash Das and Congress’ Nagendra Pradhan.
