Six franchises are locked in to compete for the prestigious trophy, backed by prominent corporate entities. Bhubaneswar Tigers steps into the arena supported by Hunch Ventures and Jyote Motors, while Rourkela Superstars is backed by Vcorp Action Private Limited, a subsidiary of the Vimal Elaichi Group. Puri Titans enters the race powered by Livvya Wellness Private Limited, alongside Sambalpur Warriors backed by Green City Hospital Lucknow. Kataka Panthers carries the banner of Bharat Masala, and Keonjhar Miners rounds out the lineup under the banner of OCL Steel and Mines.
