New Delhi: The Ministry of Minority Affairs successfully concluded its dedicated ‘#SwachhataHiSeva 2025’ cleanliness and awareness campaign, a 15-day drive that reinforced the spirit of community commitment from September 17 to October 2.
The initiative saw comprehensive participation from the Ministry’s staff and officials, focusing on multiple facets of cleanliness and civic responsibility. Activities spanned the transformation of cleanliness target units, active cleaning of public spaces, recognition and appreciation of Safai Mitras, and the showcasing of creative expressions promoting cleanliness.
On October 3, Secretary Dr. Chandra Shekhar Kumar reviewed the fortnight-long effort, expressing his appreciation and commending the dedication of the Ministry’s officials and staff members in successfully driving the massive cleanliness mission.
The campaign, which ran up to Swachh Bharat Diwas (Gandhi Jayanti), marks the Ministry’s continuous commitment to the nationwide ‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ movement.
