Bhubaneswar: Prachi Resorts Private Limited (PRPL) is delighted to announce the signing of its second hotel Prachi Sarovar Premiere in Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar.
The foundation stone laying event was inaugurated by the Naveen Patnaik, Chief Minister, Odisha along with Kalikesh N. Singh Deo Director, Prachi Resorts Private Limited and Mansoor Adil Senior Executive Vice President, Sarovar Hotels on Monday, January 10.
It will be a four star hotel with all modern infrastructure and amenities. The hotel is located close to National Highway No-16 at Khandagiri and is spread in 4 acres of land.
Prachi Resorts Private Limited was started in 1970 and has been one of the major players in the hospitality industry.
Prachi Resorts was Odisha’s first luxury hotel and a milestone in the development of Odisha.
The Hotel upon completion will have 75 premium rooms with all modern facilities.
The estimated cost of the project is 63 crores approximately.
The project has already been cleared by the Odisha State Level single Window Clearance authority (SLSWCA).
The initial phase of the project will start in the next three months with plans to complete the hotel in coming 30 months.
