New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced on Thursday that the Union Government will establish fast-track courts across the country to deal specifically with cases related to examination paper leaks.
The initiative aims to ensure speedy judicial proceedings and strict penalties for individuals found guilty of compromising academic examinations.
In a public statement shared on social media platform X, the Prime Minister emphasized that protecting the welfare and interests of Indian students remains the government’s top priority.
He stated that relevant authorities and administrative officials have already been instructed to execute all necessary procedural steps to set up these special judicial bodies without delay.
Prime Minister Shri Modi reiterated that those who attempt to harm the future of young aspirants will face firm legal consequences, describing the establishment of fast-track courts as a continuation of broader governmental measures designed to safeguard the integrity of public examinations and secure the interests of the youth.
