Bhubaneswar: The Prachi Group of Hotels has expanded its hospitality footprint in Odisha with the official launch of Prachi Sarovar Premiere in Bhubaneswar.
The opening marks a major collaboration between the pioneering local hospitality group and Sarovar Hotels, a prominent national hotel management company.
Shrimati Vijaya Laxmi Devi, the Chairperson of Prachi Resorts, highlighted that the new property is designed to showcase the cultural spirit of Odisha while providing refined experiences for modern travelers.
She noted that Prachi Resorts has historically been among the first star-category hospitality establishments in the state, contributing to the long-term growth of local tourism and professional hospitality standards.
According to the Chairperson, this new partnership leverages Sarovar Hotels’ national presence and management experience to bring world-class service standards to the region. The launch is also expected to enhance Bhubaneswar’s growing reputation as a key hub for tourism, corporate travel, and major events.
During the event, Shrimati Vijaya Laxmi Devi Singh Deo, Chairperson of Prachi Resorts, honoured Shri Ajay K. Bakaya, the Chairman of Sarovar Hotels. Former Minister and Ex MP Shri Anang Uday Singh Deo was also present during the ceremony.
The gesture recognized his leadership of the Sarovar Group, which currently manages a robust portfolio of 151 properties across India and international markets. This honoring highlighted the collaborative milestone between the pioneering Odisha hospitality group and the national hotel chain as they launch their latest joint venture, Prachi Sarovar Premiere, in Bhubaneswar.
With this addition, the Prachi Group expands its existing relationship with the national brand, as the group already operates Prachi Sarovar Portico in the region.
The introduction of the Premiere tier property aligns with Sarovar Hotels’ broader corporate strategy to strengthen its portfolio across emerging business and leisure markets while supporting infrastructure development in key Indian destinations.
