In today’s education system, the ancient Gurukul tradition is no longer there, our education system has adopted modernity. But it is unacceptable that even today, it is the teacher who plays the biggest role in shaping human life.
The Chief Minister told the newly appointed teacher educators that you are going to create a new chapter in your life. Just as a potter builds a beautiful work by giving the touch of his hand to raw soil, in the same way, the responsibility of making an innocent child as a responsible and knowledgeable virtuous person is on your shoulders.
The Chief Minister asked the newly-inducted teachers and teachers to always create opportunities for dreams among the children. Keep working hard in school to make that dream come true. May the fate of Odisha rise within the four walls of the school. May you keep pace with the times and help you to provide punctuality, workmanship, quality education and fulfill the dream of a good student.

The aim is to create a developed Odisha by 2036. By the time a child is 12-13 years old today, he will be young. His self-confidence will also have increased due to your sincere efforts. You are Guru Dronacharya for those children. There are no rich people in Odisha but there are no wise people. In the coming days, the teachers’ community will be the core of a knowledge-based developed India.
