Bhubaneswar: The ‘IEEE International Conference on Innovations in Intelligent Systems: Advancements in Computing, Communication and Cybersecurity (ISAC3-2025)’ successfully concluded its two-day proceedings at SOA Deemed to be University today, July 26. The prestigious event brought together national and international experts to deliberate on critical areas of innovation vital for building the intelligent, secure, and scalable systems of tomorrow.
Organized in a hybrid mode by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) of SOA’s Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER), ISAC3-2025 reinforced its standing as a premier platform for fostering academic and industrial collaboration in emerging technologies.
Key themes extensively discussed during the conference included Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Data Science and Health Informatics, Networking, Internet of Things and 5G, and Cybersecurity and Emerging Technologies and Applications. These subjects represent the forefront of technological advancement and are crucial for future system development.
The inaugural session was graced by Prof. Chae Gyoo-Soo, Professor from the Division of Information and Communication at Baekseok University, South Korea, as the chief guest. He was joined by esteemed guests of honor, including Prof. Pramod Kumar Meher, IEEE SLATE member; Prof. Subhransu Ranjan Samantaray, Chair, IEEE Bhubaneswar Section; and Prof. Pradip Kumar Sahoo, Dean of ITER. Prof. Pradipta Kumar Nanda, Vice-Chancellor of SOA, presided over the event, highlighting the university’s commitment to cutting-edge research and knowledge dissemination.
Prof. Debahuti Mishra, General Chair for the conference, extended a warm welcome to all participants, while Dr. Bharat Jyoti Ranjan Sahu of the Department of CSE, ITER, and Program Chair, delivered the vote of thanks, acknowledging the collaborative efforts that made the event a success.
The conference received significant technical co-sponsorship from the IEEE Kolkata Section, IEEE Bhubaneswar Sub-section, and the IEEE Communications and Computer Societies Joint Chapter, underscoring its broad recognition within the global technical community.
A testament to the conference’s high academic standards, ISAC3-2025 received an overwhelming 1137 manuscript submissions. Following a rigorous peer-review process, 195 high-quality papers were accepted and presented across multiple tracks. These impactful papers are slated for publication in the esteemed IEEE Digital Library, contributing valuable insights to the global body of scientific knowledge.
