Thane: Devotees across the Greater Mumbai region gathered at the serene Kalibari Temple on Sunday evening to celebrate the 52nd Satsang Guru Purnima Utsav of Yugapurushottamam Param Premamaya Sree Sree Thakur Anukulchandra, held with the blessings of Param Pujyapad Sree Sree Acharyadev.
The divine congregation was conducted under the guidance of Sri Prabhakar Joshi Da, Sri Asit Biswas Da, and Sri Gangadhar Telang Da, with dedicated coordination from Sri Pradip Sen Da, Sri Anand Da, Sri Rajesh Borse Da, and Sri Jayant Dipte Da. Prominent devotees including Sri Bhagwat Patil, Sri K. N. Biswal, Sri Behera Da, Sri Kriti Sundar Dash, Sri Baikuntha Bihari Sahoo, Sri Niranjan Subudhi, Sri Partha Pratim Roy, Sri Pintu Ghosh, Sri Jahar Saha, Sri Tapan Karmakar, Sri Sushanta Nayek, Sri Shyam Sundar Dash, Sri Dinendranath Mondal, and Sri Haresh Swadekar joined the large assembly.
Beyond honoring Guru Purnima, the gathering served as a vital prelude to the upcoming Holy Inauguration of Satsang Vihar Pune and the 9th Satsang Maharashtra Utsav, scheduled for 29 November 2026 in the august presence of Param Pujyapad Sree Sree Acharyadev. Addressing the congregation, Sri Kriti Sundar Dash highlighted the spiritual purpose of the forthcoming state-wide festival and encouraged collective participation.
The event featured dynamic contributions from younger generations, demonstrating how youth can be guided toward idealistic living, character-building, and national service. Additionally, the Matri Sammelan saw women devotees present a devotional program honoring the auspicious advent month of Sree Sree Baroma.
Organized to engage both the Satsang fraternity and honored guests, the evening featured sacred chants, Bhajan, Kirtan, prayer, Namadhyan, scripture recitations, and the distribution of Mahaprasad. Against the backdrop of the Kalibari Temple and festive banners for the 2026 Maharashtra Utsav, the gathering concluded leaving attendees with a renewed sense of unity and spiritual purpose.
