At Utkela Airport, Principal Secretary Shri Rajput conducted a detailed inspection of runway infrastructure and operational readiness. He emphasized that the expansion of regional connectivity initiatives is vital for stimulating economic activity in Kalahandi. Shri Rajput directed officials to ensure that technical upgrades and passenger facilities are managed with precision, fostering an environment where regional air travel becomes a primary driver for local development.

The infrastructure assessment continued at Jeypore Airport, where Shri Rajput evaluated safety standards and plans for facility augmentation.
