New Delhi: Union Secretary Corporate Affairs, Rajesh Verma has been assigned additional charge of Secretary Department of Financial Services.
1987 Batch IAS, Mr.Verma will handle the assignment in addition to his duty.
Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) has notified it on 31 January after the Competent Authority has approved assignment of additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Financial Services to Mr. Verma.
This appointment comes with immediate effect after DFS Secretary Debashish Panda superannuated from services on 31 January.
Similarly the Competent Authority has approved assignment of additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Youth Affairs to Sujata Chaturvedi, Secretary, Department of Sports with immediate effect and till the appointment of a regular incumbent or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Ms.Chaturvedi is 1989 Batch IAS Officer.
The Competent Authority has also approved assignment of additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals to Rajesh Kumar Chaturvedi, Secretary, Department of Fertilizers with immediate effect. Mr.Chaturvedi is 1987 Batch IAS Officer.
