Bhubaneswar: Odisha Government has constituted a State Level Committee to estimate the market valuation of various immovable properties of the State Government.
Additional Chief Secretary Revenue & Disaster Management (ACS) Satyabrata Sahu has issued the notification.
“In pursuance of decisions taken in the high level meeting on the market valuation of immovable properties, Government in Revenue and Disaster Management Department have been pleased to constitute a Committee with the members given below which will examine and suggest measures for rationalization of fixation of market value of immovable properties,” read the notification.
As per the orders, Additional Secretary Sashadhar Nayak has been appointed as Chairman of the Committee while Additional Secretary Diganta Routroy is the Member Convener of the panel.
The other members of the Committee are Inspector General of Registration Subrat Satpathy, District Sub-Registrar, Cuttack, Gopabandhu Panda, Deputy IGR, Southern Range, Srikanta Kumar Behura, and Deputy IGR, Northern Range, Sambalpur, Debaranjan Mohanty.
The committee has been asked to submit the report after consultation with all stakeholders.
