Bhubaneswar: Odisha State Police Housing & Welfare Corporation Limited has been given a Turnover target of Rs.1250 Crore for the year 2024-25.
As per the Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) signed between Odisha State Police Housing & Welfare Corporation Limited and Department of Home Government of Odisha for the year 2024-25, this is one of the major feature of MOU.
MOU was signed by Soumendra Priyadarshi, CMD, OPHWC and Satyabrata Sahu, ACS, Home.
OPHWC has been given a turnover target of Rs. 1250 Crore with a 15% growth for the FY 2024-25 as compared to the FY 2023-24.
A profit target of Rs. 62.50 Crore with a 16% growth is given to OPHWC in the FY 2024-25, as compared to the FY 2023-24.
OPHWC has committed to distribute a dividend of Rs. 1250 Crore for the FY 2024-25, which is 16% higher than the previous year.
For the FY 2024-25, OPHWC has agreed to complete 700 Projects out of which 200 Projects will be completed in Left Wing Extremism (LWE) affected areas.
Regarding percentage of Turnover from Departments other than Home Department will be 50% of the total turnover for the FY 2024-25.
OPHWC has also been given a target to complete the reconciliation of 700 completed projects for the financial closure of these projects.
OPHWC has been suggested to comply with all the applicable statutory requirement within the stipulated deadlines.
