A major highlight of the government’s citizen-centric milestones is the social welfare sector, where the Subhadra Yojana was approved during the very first cabinet meeting. Over the last two years, financial assistance exceeding 20,600 crore rupees has been directly transferred to beneficiaries under this flagship program. Alongside this, the newly launched Mukhya Mantri Annapurna Yojana has been introduced to significantly enhance food security across the state.

To support the state’s vital farming community, the government has introduced the Krushi Vidyanidhi Yojana and initiated the setup of 100 model mandis. Additionally, Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) and Large Area Multi-Purpose Cooperative Societies (LAMPCS) are being systematically transformed into comprehensive One-Stop Shop centers to streamline and centralize essential agricultural services for farmers.

The education and healthcare sectors have also received major upgrades under this roadmap. Steps are actively being taken to establish the Godabarisha Mishra Adarsha Prathamika Vidyalaya in every single panchayat to strengthen foundational schooling. In healthcare, the government has successfully rolled out the integrated Ayushman Bharat-Gopabandhu Jan Arogya Yojana to provide extensive medical coverage to the public.

Furthermore, a massive boost to regional infrastructure is underway, with the administration allocating approximately 17,000 crore rupees toward improving state connectivity. This funding covers the construction and development of nearly 9,000 kilometers of roads, 57 bridges, and 4 railway overbridges to ensure seamless transportation and economic growth across Odisha.
