Bhubaneswar: Avaya Kumar Nayak, Former Registrar, Utkal University joined as Chairman, Temple City Institute of Technology & Engineering(TITE).
TITE is one of the leading Engineering College of Odisha State and providing technical Course Like MBA(Post-Graduation), Degree Course- Computer Science & Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering & Electronics & Communication Engineering, Diploma Course- Computer Science & Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering & Electronics & Communication Engineering, I.T.I.- Electrical & Fitter.
Dr. Nayak joined in the college today in presence of Dr. Ajit Kumar Khatua, Principal, Dr. Anadi Charan Sahoo, Dean of Academics and other Senior Faculty members along with Sri Sangram Keshari Sahoo, Director, IIG Group and Dr. Manoranjan Mishra, Director, International Relations, Knowledge Trust. Dr. Nayak has served as Special Secretary to Government of Odisha and in many respective departments of Odisha.
It is pertinent to mention here that, Dr. Nayak during his tenure as Registrar in Utkal University, Bhubaneswar tremendous academic and infrastructure development has been done. He addressed to the Faculties and other staff members of this Institute and emphasized on quality education along with development of e-Library, smart class rooms and improvement of existing Laboratories regular faculty orientation and motivational talk, curricular development and extracurricular activities. He expressed his happiness over the achievements of TITE in past years during visit the campus.
He sought for the cooperation of institute, management and Knowledge Trust for development of the institute. During interaction of the faculty he suggested for including of new course like, Agri. Management, Cyber Security, Data Science and +2 Science, BBA, MCA, MSW and decided that further discussion of management.
The staff and faculty members expressed their happiness for joining of Dr. Nayak as his rich experience will attract the students of rural areas, from other states and countries as a result the Institute will reach a new height.
