Bhubaneswar: The State Government has created 12 posts in Super Time Pay Grade (Level-17) and 33 posts in Senior Administrative Grade (Level-16) under Odisha Medical & Health Services (OMHS) Cadre In lieu of abolition of 45 posts of existing Selection Grade-I.
The Health and Family Welfare Department has created the new posts and Secretary Shalini Pandit has informed about the decision to the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Odisha, today.
On such creation of posts, the total sanctioned strength of Super Time Pay Grade of OMHS cadre has been enhanced to 14 and that of Senior Administrative Grade is enhanced to 45.
These posts are distributed among different offices and health institutions under Health & Family Welfare Department as follows and the charge is debitable to the Head of account and Demand Number as mentioned against each, Pandit said.
As per the decision, now under Super Time Pay Grade Rs 1,35,100- Rs 2,16,800 (Level-17), there will be a Special Secretary (Medical Services) Special Secretary (Public Health) in the H&FW Department.
The Director Health Services, Director Family Welfare, Director Nursing, Director Public Health, Director Capital Hospital, Director R.G.H, Rourkela, Director Health Intelligence & Vital Statistics, Director SIHFW, Director Blood Safety, Director Food Safety, Director- cum- Ex- officio Special Secretary (Tech.) will now get Super Time Pay Grade.
Similarly, the Chief District Medical & Public Health Officers, Superintendent of Capital Hospital, Bhubaneswar, Superintendent of RGH, SAG Floating have been kept under Senior Administrative Grade.
