Mela At Sai Angan

Gurugram: The Kheer Bhawani Mela at Sai Ka Aangan in Gurugram, Haryana, recently brought together devotees in a vibrant display of spiritual devotion and cultural heritage. The annual event, centered around the sacred shrine of Mata Ragnya Devi (Mata Kheer Bhawani), was marked by immense enthusiasm and spiritual gaiety.

A highlight of the Mela was the ceremonial welcome of revered spiritual master Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathy by members of the Kashmiri community, who greeted him with traditional rituals. Dr. Satpathy also performed the Purnahuti of the sacred Havan, a ritual intended to invoke divine blessings for all present.

The temple of Maa Kheer Bhawani at Sai Ka Aangan, inaugurated by Dr. Satpathy on 3 June, 2022, serves as the spiritual heart of this celebration. Since its inauguration, the annual Jyeshtha Mela, a deeply significant occasion for Kashmiri Pandits, has been organized under Dr. Satpathy Ji’s inspiration by the Sai Prakash Spiritual and Charitable Trust.

The Mela annually draws devotees from Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR), who gather to offer prayers, seek blessings, and celebrate the divine presence of Mata Rani.

The atmosphere of devotion and unity was also experienced by notable attendees such as Satyabrata Sahu, ACS Home, and his wife Sonali Sahu, both ardent devotees of Sai Baba, during their recent visit to Sai Ka Aangan.
