Bhubaneswar: An Ace Mandarin, Manoj Kumar Sahoo has been lauded for his recognition as an outstanding IAS officer named as “Changemaker-2024”.
2006 Batch IAS Shri Sahoo is PS to Chief Minister Odisha, Mohan Charan Majhi.
Shri Sahoo has been chosen as a Changemaker-2024 by a leading Online Platform Bureaucrats India, a national organization covering Indian Bureaucracy in a big way.
An IAS officer of high caliber and one of the most efficient bureaucrats is acknowledged for his honesty and integrity, said a senior Mandarin, serving in Union Government.
Once the list of Change Makers-2024 was presented online, both senior and young IAS Officers were happy as Shri Sahoo, was being enlisted in the National Listing.
Shri Sahoo was born in Singapur village of Balikuda block in Jagatsinghpur District of Odisha.
Both senior and Young IAS officers have congratulated Shri Sahoo, said sources in Odisha Bureaucracy.
His presence in CMO has changed a lot and his experience in handling sensitive assignments both in States and Centre is helping Odisha Bureaucracy, pointed out an ACS Rank IAS Officer.
In fact, Shri Sahoo has long experience in handling critical assignments and development sector in both Government of India and in several States as Collector and District Magistrate.
His recognition as ‘Changemaker’ has been appreciated by several District Magistrates across the State, said sources.
His love for tribal people is now remembered in Arunachal Pradesh and his service for the hilly region is appreciated after a decade.
