Principal Secretary Finance, Vishal Dev, Principal Secretary Panchayati Raj and Excise, Sushil Kumar Lohani, Principal Secretary Industries, Hemant Sharma also greeted Chief Minister.
Earlier, Chief Minister Shri Patnaik has extended the New Year wishes through a video message posted on his X handle.
“My Greetings and wishes to all on the occasion of New Year 2024. May the new year be a happiest one with the blessings of Lord Jagannath! May it be the year of happiness and prosperity! Jay Jagannath” Shri Patnaik said in the video message.
