He attended the 15th Administrative Conference of the Tibetan Settlement Officers (TSOs) held at Gangchen Kyishong from 6-9 November.
The Department of Home, Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) organized the Conference, which deliberated on development agenda.

During visit of 5T and Nabin Odisha Chief, V K Pandian to Chandragiri, Shri Khenpo briefed him about the requirements of exiled Tibetans residing in the Settlement.
