Bhubaneswar: The Government of Odisha today announced a series of significant bureaucratic reassignments, affecting several IAS officers across various departments. The changes aim to streamline administration and optimize departmental functions.
Shri Indramani Tripathy, IAS (SCS-2011), currently serving as Labour Commissioner, Odisha, has been granted additional charge as Inspector of Factories and Boilers, Odisha.
In another key move, Shri Manish Agarwal, IAS (RR-2012) has been appointed as Additional SRC. He will continue to hold the additional charge of Additional Secretary to Government, Planning & Convergence Department.
Shri Sangram Keshari Mohapatra, IAS (SCS-2012) has been appointed as RDC(SD), Berhampur.
Shri Deben Kumar Pradhan, IAS (SCS-2012), who was Additional Secretary to Government, Forest, Environment & Climate Change will now take on the role of MD, OSBCL. The government has declared the post of MD, OSBCL, equivalent in status and responsibility to that of an Additional Secretary within the IAS Cadre of the State.
Shri Bijay Kumar Dash, IAS (SCS-2012), Collector & District Magistrate, Gajapati, has been appointed as Additional Secretary to Government, Health & Family Welfare Department.
Finally, Shri Smruti Ranjan Pradhan, IAS (NSCS-2012), who served as Collector & District Magistrate, Kendrapara, has been appointed as Additional Secretary to Government, Forest, Environment & Climate Change Department.
These appointments are effective immediately and are expected to bring new leadership and focus to the respective departments.
