Guv Lauds Gurujee

Gurugram: Governor of Haryana, Bandaru Dattatreya, paid visit to Sai Ka Angan in Gurugram last Thursday, where he met with Gurujee, Chandra Bhanu Satpathy. The occasion was marked by a gathering at the Sabha Mandap, organized by the Shirdi Sai Global Foundation.

During his address, the Governor commended the ambiance and surroundings of the place, noting that they exuded the same spiritual vibrations as Shirdi. He lauded the remarkable social and welfare initiatives led by Dr. Satpathy and stressed the vital role of a Guru in one’s life, recognizing its prominence here at Sai Ka Angan. He expressed his contentment with the empowerment of women and girls within the premises, underlining that as embodiments of prosperity (Laxmi), they deserve encouragement.

In response, Gurujee Dr. Satpathy extended warm greetings to the Governor, emphasizing the essential qualities of simplicity, empathy, and sensitivity towards others as crucial contributions to society. He acknowledged the Governor as an exemplar of these qualities. Dr. Satpathy praised the talents of the children associated with the temple, highlighting that these achievements span across generations and encompass various fields, including arts, sports, and academics. This, he noted, was a novel experience for him.

Dr. Satish Reddy, the Scientific Advisor to the Defence Minister, delivered the welcome address, while, Kumkum Bhatia, Temple Trustee, conveyed the vote of thanks.

Amidst the event, the Governor extended his felicitations to Gurujee Dr. Satpathy for a momentous celebration of Shree Guru Bhagabat in the United States of America.

Gurujee reciprocated the gesture by felicitating the Governor. The occasion saw the presence of distinguished senior bureaucrats, esteemed individuals, and devotees from India and various parts of the world, who joined in large numbers to partake in the event.
