Bhubaneswar: Revered Guruji Chandra Bhanu Satpathy attended the 10th Anniversary celebrations of Shirdi Sai temple at Auckland on 9 February 2024.
He was accorded a ceremonial Mauri traditional welcome. Exactly ten years ago, Guruji performed Pran Prathishta, and the Sansthan has progressed well over the years.
On behalf of the Shirdi Sai Sansthan of New Zealand, Guruji handed over a fully equipped ambulance costing around 300000NZ dollars to St Jon’s hospital.
Many prominent people attended the event, which included among others present MP’s, past MP’s, and many community leaders representing different organizations. In his address, Guruji emphasized the importance of rendering such services to the community. He also lauded the efforts of Sansthan in reaching out to flood affected people in Fiji, Chennai, and in Auckland.
A cultural event was organized, and there were some enthralling dance performances on the prayer songs from Sri Guru Bhagavat. Sansthan has honored patrons, artists, and guests.
Neeta Bhushan, the High Commissioner of India to New Zealand, has met and extended greetings to Guruji . Ms. Bushan lauded efforts of Guruji in her speech.
