Bhubaneswar: All Public Distribution System (PDS) beneficiaries across the state, covered under both the National Food Security Act and the State Food Security Scheme, are informed that the Aadhaar-based E-KYC process is currently underway.
This process is being carried out across all 11,827 affordable price shops, as well as the 314 block and 64 rural area offices that serve as Ration Card Management Centers.
It is important to note that beneficiaries who have not yet completed their E-KYC are still receiving their monthly PDS entitlements as usual. No eligible beneficiary has been denied food security simply due to the lack of E-KYC.
The deadline for completing this process is December 31, 2025. Beneficiaries who have not completed their E-KYC for any reason should visit their nearest affordable price shop or Ration Card Management Center to get their Aadhaar-linked E-KYC done before the deadline.
