Bhubaneswar : Development Commissioner-cum-Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Odisha, Ms.AnuGarg made a virtual presentation at the 2nd Regional Dialogue of the State Support Mission (SSM) held at YASHADA, Pune. The dialogue was held in collaboration between NITI Aayog and Maharashtra Institute for Transformation (MITRA).
The other panelists during the discussion titled “State Vision @2047: Crafting Blueprints for ViksitRajya” were ShriParthaSarathi Reddy, Programme Director, NITI Aayog, ShriAnant Shankar, Joint Secretary (Planning), Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, ShriAshishGarg, Managing Director, BCG India and Dr.NeetuGordiya, Joint Director, Rajya NITIAayog, Govt. of Chhattisgarh.
Outlining the comprehensive strategy for the State’s economic and social transformation, Ms.Garg, DC-cum-ACS, Govt. of Odishamade a vivid presentation on “Odisha Vision 2036 & 2047: ViksitOdisha for Viksit Bharat”. The presentation detailed a people-centric roadmap to position the State as a key driver of India’s growth.
Ms.Garg, also delivered a presentation, highlighting the State’s determination to become a growth engine of India and the gateway to Purvodaya. The Vision Document, prepared with support from NITI Aayog, outlines concrete goals to propel Odisha’s economy and elevate the quality of life for all its citizens.
Ms.Garg’s presentation highlighted the strategic pathway “36 for 36” to achieve the targets for 2036 and 2047 through five key transformations: mobilizing private investment, creating an enabling ecosystem, fast-tracking decision-making, enhancing execution capabilities, and integrating technology.
“Our Vision is a blueprint for a developed society, aligning our State’s aspirations with the national goal of Viksit Bharat,” said Ms.Garg. “We are committed to a future where every citizen of Odisha has the opportunity to prosper, live in good health, and enjoy the benefits of inclusive growth.”
