Bhubaneswar: In a snub to party leaders speaking out without authorization, Odisha Congress today virtually issued a gag order asking those not to air their views through the Media and Social Media.
PCC President Bhakta Charan Das has issued a gag order saying, before speaking to Media, they should consult PCC Chief or Chairman Media Committee.
Shri Das pointed out that “It has come to notice many leaders are giving their views in Media and Social Media, which differs from Party Stand.
He pointed out that it damages party image, adding he requested all party leaders to follow party line.
Shri Das asked the leaders to present their ideas to OPCC Chief or Chairman Media Committee on different issues, before speaking to Media.
