Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik Wednesday inaugurated the 24th Foundation Day Ceremony of Utkal University of Culture here.
ACS Odia Language, Literature, and Culture, Satyabrata Sahu, Vice Chancellor Utkal University of Culture, Bymokesh Tripathy, Director Ranjan Kumar Das graced the occasion.
On this occasion, three new academic blocks of the university were inaugurated by the Chief Minister.
He also inaugurated the new sculpture garden constructed in the university premises and praised the work of the sculptors and launched two timeless books– Illustrated Palm leaf manuscript and Timeless Tales– published by the State Museum.
Shri Patnaik visited the art exhibition by the students of the department of visual arts of the university.
