CM Urges For Honesty

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi addressed Revenue Officials, emphasizing the paramount importance of honesty and responsibility within the Revenue Administration.

He unequivocally stated that the government would not tolerate corrupt officials, assuring that dedicated and honest officers would be duly rewarded.

The Chief Minister underscored that dedication, rather than mere reputation, should be the guiding standard for all officials, with the ultimate objective being a clean and corruption-free revenue system.

Echoing these sentiments, Revenue Minister Suresh Pujari urged officials to adopt a fresh mindset and change their conventional working methods.

He highlighted the significant reforms already implemented by the current government, which have successfully brought revenue services closer to the public.

Shri Pujari stressed the need for officials to earn the trust of the people, recognizing them as the ultimate judges in this “people’s government.”

He further advised courteous behavior towards citizens visiting government offices and a commitment to timely delivery of all revenue services.
