Sambalpur: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik Friday opened the newly renovated Maa Samaleswari Complex for the public.
The Flagship Project was completed under Samaleswari Temple Area Management and Local Economic Initiative (SAMALEI).
Shri Patnaik had Darshan of Maa Samaleswari and prayed for well being of the 4 crore people of the state.
The SAMALEI was being implemented for the development of the famous Maa Samaleswari Temple in Sambalpur and surrounding areas.
The project is set up in an area of about 40 acres of land with a cost of Rs.200 Crore.
And 5T & Nabin Odisha Chief VK Pandian, an ardent devotee of Mata Shakti took lot of interest in implementation of the flagship project.
Principal Secretary Works, Vir Vikram Yadav has been instrumental in implementing the massive project in time and quality has been maintained, officials say.
OBCC Managing Director J K Das co-ordinated entire Project implementation.
With inauguration of the project, people of Western Odisha were very happy, said Kalikesh Singh Deo, Chairman Odisha State Housing Board.
