Khurania also joined in the monumental task, pulling the chariot for a significant distance, further underscoring the collective effort from the state’s top brass.

DG Fire Services, Sudhanshu Sarangi, remained with the Chief Secretary until the divine chariots safely reached their destination at Shree Gundicha Temple.

DGP Shri Sarangi appealed all to join pulling chariot and he was happy to see the Chief Secretary Shri Ahuja was not feeling tired after pulling Lord Jagannath Chariot for nearly 3 KM. When asked by Media Shri Sarangi said “we dont feel tired, and when feel tired, I chant Jai Jagannath and feels boosted.

“It was truly inspiring to see the Chief Secretary, at his age, pulling the chariot with such determination,” remarked a veteran official, highlighting Shri Ahuja’s reputation as the “Fittest Chief Secretary.” His commitment to physical well-being, evidenced by his passion for cycling, clearly translated into this incredible feat of endurance and leadership.
