Chatisha Nijog Honors Gurujee

Puri: In a ceremony celebrating the acclaimed film “Shree Jagannath Nka Naba Kalebar,” the Chatisha Nijog of Puri felicitated Gurujee Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathy for his pivotal guidance and inspiration in the movie’s creation.

The film, which has earned widespread praise across Odisha and beyond, recently received a special screening at Rashtrapati Bhavan, attended by the Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu.

A special show, jointly organized by the Chatisha Nijog and Suar Mahasuar Nijog, was held today in Puri to honor the entire production team. Dignitaries present included Rajya Sabha MP Shri Subasish Khuntia, Shri Janardan Pattajoshi (Chatisha Nijog), Secretary of Puja Panda Madhav Chandra Pujapanda, and former Managing Committee member Ananta Tiadi.

During the event, film producer Smt. Bini Samal was presented with the revered Pata Vastra of Lord Jagannath. The sacred cloth, a symbol of divine blessing, was offered by the Chatisha Nijog to Gurujee Dr. Satpathy. In his absence, Smt. Samal symbolically received the honor on his behalf, acknowledging his profound contribution to the film’s success.
