Bhubaneswar: Students who got admitted into the Institute of Business and Computer Studies (IBCS), SOA’s faculty of management sciences, attended an induction ceremony held for freshers in the campus on Wednesday.
The program was addressed by the SOA Vice-Chancellor Prof. Pradipta Kumar Nanda and Dean of IBCS Prof. Anup Kumar Samantaray.
Kirti C. Sahoo, Senior Vice President and Regional Head Liability Sales for eastern region of Axis Bank, J.B. Pany, Chairman, Javastra Technologies and Chairman of Odisha State Council of Indian Chamber of Commerce, Bhubaneswar, Sashi S. Mohanty, CEO and Managing Director, Essar Minmet and Chairman of Odisha State Council of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) graced the occasion.
Prof. Jyoti Ranjan Das, Dean (Students’ Welfare), SOA, and Prof. Duryodhan Jena, Academic Coordinator, MBA Program also addressed the students.
Prof. Nanda spoke about the upcoming opportunities and challenges for management graduates while Prof. Samantaray shared his views on a holistic approach to become a good human being.
