Bhubaneswar: A grand food exhibition dedicated to the rich heritage of Odia cuisine will take place at the Bhubaneswar Exhibition Ground from December 23 to 29. The event to be organized by BISWA ODIA PARIBAAR, aims to promote and popularize traditional Odia food among both locals and visitors.
“This special exhibition will feature only authentic Odia traditional dishes, offering a unique platform for culinary experts, home chefs, and food enthusiasts to present their best recipes,” said Sri Sajjan Sharma, Chairman of Biswa Odia Paribar.
He also mentioned that a core committee was formed in a preparatory meeting today to support the leadership team and ensure the successful organization of the exhibition.
The exhibition is slated to feature exclusively authentic Odia traditional dishes, offering a unique platform for culinary experts, home chefs, and food enthusiasts to showcase their best recipes. To foster excellence in preparation, the best participants will be recognized and awarded during the event.
Visitors will have the opportunity to sample the finest traditional dishes daily. Adding to the experience, cultural programs will be held every evening, making the exhibition a complete cultural and gastronomic affair.
Former Odisha Legislative Assembly Member Sri Priyadarshi Mishra and senior BJP leader Sri Jagannath Pradhan will coordinate the event, overseeing its overall management and planning.
