Cuttack: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi said BJP has set a target to ensure at least One Crore Members in the State.
Shri Majhi while addressing a gathering for BJP Membership Drive at Barang under the Banki Assembly segment in Cuttack district,
He said that the target is to ensure at least One Crore Members from the existing 41 lakh.
Chief Minister said the BJP has provided a people-centric government in Odisha.
“Odisha has a double engine government, which will help the state develop and prosper. It is a people-centric government. Our commitment is to make a new Odisha,” Shri Majhi promised.
Chief Minister said that “Immediately after the formation of the government, we decided to open all four gates of Shree Jagannath Temple in Puri and also the Ratna Bhandar, the Lord’s treasury. This shows that the state government is people-centric”.
Shri Majhi said the BJP is the largest party in the world with a different ideology and appealed to people to take membership in the saffron camp.
“The BJP’s ideology is to develop the country and take all people along the journey,” CM asserted.
Team BJP led by Chief Minister Shri Majhi also had lunch at the house of a party worker, who is a tribal.
“I thank Kunmun who works as a Samiti Member, Barang Panchayat Samiti and I had lunch at her house and she served nearly 15 items with lot of care and affection, said Chief Minister”.
