Shillong: The hospitality landscape in Northeast India is set for a significant transformation as Atmosphere Core announces a strategic partnership with Shri Rocky Dhar to debut an upper upscale boutique property in Shillong.
Slated for a 2027 opening, DHAR GOLF VISTA by Atmosphere Shillong aims to capture the essence of Meghalaya’s capital, positioning itself as a premier destination for both leisure and corporate travelers.
Located just an hour from Shillong Airport and adjacent to the iconic 18-hole Golf Link Arena, the hotel will offer 75 keys, ranging from deluxe rooms to presidential suites. The design focuses on immersion, providing guests with panoramic views of mountain valleys, lush greenery, and the city’s colonial-era charm.
Atmosphere Core is known for its high-end experiences, and this project continues that trend with a robust selection of amenities. The culinary program will include an all-day dining venue, a themed sports pub, and a specialty rooftop resto-bar designed to showcase local flavors alongside international spirits. For relaxation, the property will feature the award-winning ELE|NA Ayur spa, a swimming pool with an outdoor deck, and a golf simulation pavilion.
