Dr. Arabinda Kumar Padhee, Chief Administrator of the Shree Jagannatha Temple Administration, expressed his deep devotion to the Chaturdhamurti for the opportunity to serve during this spiritual process, which has been in transition from the opening of the treasury to the current inventory stage over the past year and a half.
Dr.Padhee, an ardent devotee of Lord Jagannatha said that “The inventory process of the Ratna Bhandara at the Shree Jagannatha Temple has commenced through the divine grace of the Almighty. In a significant milestone, the counting of ornaments from the Chalanti Bhandara was successfully completed on the first day”.
To ensure a permanent and meticulous record after many years, the entire process is being documented using modern technology, including high-resolution photography, videography, and 3D mapping, said SJTA Chief.
This sacred undertaking is being carried out with complete transparency, adhering strictly to the guidelines approved by the State Government. Following the initial phase, the inventory of the inner and outer chambers of the treasury will be conducted in a scheduled manner.
He extended his heartfelt gratitude to the State Government, the Shree Jagannatha Temple Management Committee, Gajapati Maharaja, the High-Level Committee, the servitors of various Nijogs, and officials from the Archaeological Survey of India.
He also thanked the district and police administration, media representatives, and the millions of devotees for their unwavering cooperation.
In addition to the treasury proceedings, senior temple officials and servitor members of the management committee visited the Shree Gundicha Temple this afternoon.
They inspected various ongoing construction projects and reviewed the installation of the air conditioning system in the Natamandapa.
