Bhubaneswar: Six women Indian Administrative Service officers from the 2014 and 2015 batches recently returned to Odisha after completing their 128th induction training at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration in Mussoorie. Following their arrival, these officers held a courtesy meeting with Chief Secretary Shrimati Anu Garg at Lok Seva Bhawan on March 17, 2026.

The Chief Secretary extended her heartfelt congratulations to the group, acknowledging their success in bringing pride to the state through their performance during the training period.

During the fifteen-day program held from February 27 to March 13, the officers engaged in various capacity-building activities, including the Bharat Darshan tour and peer learning sessions.

Individual excellence was also recognized on a national level during this training. Swayamprabha Mohanty received the best performer award at the all-India level for her insightful case studies on women’s empowerment and state welfare programs like Subhadra.

Additionally, Aradhana Das was honored for her group presentation during the Bharat Darpan study tour, which focused on India’s heritage and social development. The group also had the opportunity to meet the President of India, Shrimati Droupadi Murmu, in New Delhi as part of their itinerary.

The officers who successfully completed this induction include Aradhana Das, Lily Kumari Kulu, Nivedita Mishra, Jugaleswari Dash, Rega Geetarani Pattnaik, and Swayamprabha Mohanty. Their successful participation in cultural programs and technical presentations earned high praise, reflecting the supportive administrative environment fostered by the Chief Secretary.
