VP Begins Odisha Tour

Bhubaneswar: Vice President of India Shri C.P. Radhakrishnan arrived in Odisha today for a high-profile state visit. Upon his arrival at the Biju Patnaik International Airport in Bhubaneswar, he was accorded a warm ceremonial reception.

He was officially received by the Governor of Odisha, Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati, along with Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi. Several other senior ministers, top bureaucrats, and dignitaries were also present at the airport to welcome the Vice President.

The visit is part of a scheduled tour where Shri Radhakrishnan will participate in several key events, including paying tribute to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose at his birthplace in Cuttack. He is also expected to interact with various stakeholders and attend cultural programs highlighting the state’s heritage.

Security has been tightened across the capital and surrounding areas to ensure a smooth itinerary for the Vice President. Following his reception, the delegation proceeded to the Lok Bhavan for further scheduled meetings and discussions.
