Nabin Takes BJP Charge

New Delhi: Bihar Minister Shri Nitin Nabin officially assumed charge as the Bharatiya Janata Party’s National Working President at the party headquarters in New Delhi on Monday, a day after his appointment by the BJP Parliamentary Board.

Shri Nabin, who becomes one of the youngest leaders to hold a top national post in the party, was welcomed by several senior figures, including Union Home Minister Amit Shah, outgoing party president Shri J P Nadda, and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan extended his hearty congratulations to Shri Nabin. He stated that he was fully confident that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the new working president would steer the party towards new achievements in its journey of public service and nation-building.

Shri Pradhan also expressed his best wishes for a successful tenure, praising Shri Nabin’s extensive experience both in the government and the party organization.

Shri Nabin, a five-time MLA and Minister of Road Construction in the Bihar government, thanked the central leadership for the opportunity. His elevation is seen as a move by the BJP to signal a generational shift and inject young energy into the party’s national organization.
