New Delhi: In a continued push for a cleaner and more efficient work environment under Special Campaign 5.0, Dr. Chandra Shekhar Kumar, Secretary, Ministry of Minority Affairs, today visited the Ministry’s office complex at RK Puram, New Delhi.
The Secretary conducted a comprehensive review of the ongoing efforts, which are part of a nationwide drive to promote Swachhata (cleanliness) and reduce pendency of administrative matters across all government offices.
During his visit, Dr. Kumar inspected the maintenance work being carried out by various sections and assessed the status of record and workspace management. He emphasized the critical importance of a clean and well-organized office space in boosting efficiency and morale.
He took the opportunity to encourage officials to maintain the high standards of cleanliness achieved and to uphold the practices of well-organized office spaces, underscoring the Ministry’s commitment to the success and institutionalization of Swachhata and pendency clearance goals across all its offices.
The visit reaffirms the Ministry of Minority Affairs’ dedication to the principles of efficient and clean governance in line with the objectives of Special Campaign 5.0.
