Bhubaneswar: On the occasion of the first anniversary of the government, a National Symposium titled “Good Governance and Developed Odisha-2036 and 2047” was today inaugurated at the Convention Center in Bhubaneswar.
The symposium, held under the patronage of Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for Agriculture and Farmers Empowerment and Power, Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo, brought together key figures and experts to deliberate on the roadmap for Odisha’s progress.
The inaugural session saw the presence of Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja, Development Commissioner, Anu Garg and Additional Chief Secretary of Public Administration and Public Grievances, Surendra Kumar.

ACS Home, Satyabrata Sahu, Principal Secretary Energy, E&IT, Vishal Dev, Principal Secretary Agricutlure, Arabinda Padhee, Principal Sercretary Urban Development, Usha Padhee and other senior officials attended.
The symposium aims to foster discussions on critical aspects of good governance and its role in achieving a developed Odisha by the years 2036 and 2047.
The event was attended by Principal Secretaries, Commissioners, and Secretaries from all government departments, along with a diverse group of senior officers, expert groups, and scholars, underscoring the government’s commitment to inclusive and strategic planning for the state’s future.
