Relief For Plus II Students

Bhubaneswar: In a significant move aimed at safeguarding the academic future of students who have appeared for the +2 examinations, the Higher Education Department of the state has announced an extension for the Common Application Form (CAF) submission for postgraduate (PG) courses. This decision comes as a relief to many students, ensuring they have ample time to complete their applications.

Students can now fill out the Common Application Form online via the SAMS portal until June 1st. This extended deadline also applies to the uploading of marks obtained in the +2 examination, which can also be done on the SAMS portal by the same date.

The move by the Higher Education Department underscores its commitment to the interests of all students, particularly those whose +2 results might have been delayed or who required more time to finalize their higher education plans. This extension provides a crucial window for aspiring postgraduate students to seamlessly transition into their desired courses.

Students are advised to visit the SAMS portal (www.samsodisha.gov.in) for detailed instructions and to complete their application process before the new deadline.
