New Delhi: In the wake of “Operation Sindoor,” the Indian Military’s retaliatory strikes against terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (PoK), Indian National Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has expressed strong support for the armed forces.
Shri Kharge, in a statement released on Wednesday in X handle, emphasized India’s “unflinching National Policy against all forms of terrorism emanating from Pakistan and PoK.” He conveyed the Congress party’s pride in the Indian Armed Forces, applauding their “resolute resolve and courage” in executing the strikes.
“We are extremely proud of our Indian Armed Forces who have struck terror camps in Pakistan and PoK. We applaud their resolute resolve and courage,” Kharge stated.
The Congress President also highlighted the party’s unwavering stance against cross-border terrorism since the Pahalgam Terror Attack. “Since the day of the Pahalgam Terror Attack, the Indian National Congress has categorically stood with the Armed Forces and the Government to take any decisive action against cross border terror,” he said.
Shri Kharge stressed the importance of national unity and solidarity during this period, reiterating the Congress party’s commitment to standing with the armed forces. “National Unity and solidarity is the need of the hour and the Indian National Congress stands with our Armed Forces. Our leaders have shown the path in past, and National Interest is supreme for us,” INC Prez added.
