Bhubaneswar: Utkarsh Odisha program preparation has reached the final stage. In this regard, Hemant Sharma Principal Secretary, Industries Department, made a detailed presentation to the Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi regarding the preparations.
Chief Minister Shri Majhi suggested to create a unique identity of Odisha with national and international investors by conducting all the programs flawlessly and attractively. The Chief Minister said that this would make Odisha a preferred destination for investors for a long time.
According to the presentation, a meeting of the National Executive Council of Indian Industries will be held on January 27. Four Plenary Sessions, 16 Sectoral Sessions and four Round Table Conferences will be held over two days from January 28-29. About 3000 national and international level industrialists, investors, start-up entrepreneurs will participate in these two days long event.
On the 28 January, the Prime Minister will address the industrialists and investors present. During these two days, special sessions related to various sectors of the industry, speeches of eminent industrialists, round tables of CEOs of big industries along with the Chief Minister, special sessions of Odia entrepreneurs and special sessions for women business leaders will also be held.
Apart from this, a special session will also be organized for Odia women entrepreneurs in the name of ‘Subhadra Ru Mudra’. The industrial exhibition will be held from January 28 to 30.
Industries Minister Sampad Chandra Swain, Development Commissioner Anu Garg, Additional Chief Secretary to CM Nikunj Bihari Dhal, Additional Chief Secretary General Administration, Surendra Kumar and Principal Secretaries and Secretaries of various departments were present in the meeting.
